Ordering

What currency are the Lourie prices in?
They are all displayed in Euro (€).

What payment forms does Lourie accept?
We offer all the current ways of payment such as credit card (Mastercard, Visa), Paypal, immediate bank transfer etc. All the payment methods will be automatically indicated in the order process.

How to find the perfect size for me?
Each product is displayed with a general guideline for helping you find your size. Our silhouettes are made for a relaxed and flexible fit. If you have questions about specific measurements, please do not hesitate to contact us at info@lourie.io. We will respond within one business day.

What’s the status of my order?
Once we’ve received your order we will send you an order confirmation. After that you will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your package has hit the road and you will be able to click “tracking” and see your delivery status. Please note, it may take up to 24h for tracking updates to appear.

How can I cancel an order?
For canceling your order please write us an email to info@lourie.io. Please state your Name and order number. If your order has already been dispatched we won’t be able to interfere anymore. In this case please return policy applies.

 

Dispatch & Delivery

Where does Lourie deliver to?
We are shipping our items worldwide. Please notice that orders from non EU countries may cause additional delivery costs, taxes and charges.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?
After the order was placed the DHL shipping within Germany will take about 3-4 working days. The dispatch within the European Union takes approximately 5-6 working days. For personalised calculate 7 additional working days.

How much is the shipping?
Shipping within Germany is 5 €. International shipping is 10 €. Please note that shipping to non EU countries can cause additional charges, costs or taxes.

 

Return

How do I return my order ?
Please fill out the online return form, which you can find on the shipping & returns page. This ensures that we can process your return more quickly.

Please keep the receipt with your tracking number. And be advised that you are responsible for the shipping fees incurred for the return.

What is the exchange and return policy ?
You can return your original and unworn items within 14 days. Please note that all articles must be in the original, unworn condition to be accepted for returns/exchanges. Please do not remove any garments.

What if something you’ve ordered arrived damaged?
If any items exhibit a defect please don’t hesitate to contact our customer service at info@lourie.io for help.

How do I care for my Lourie pyjamas & robes?
Each garment is unique and may require different care. Attached to each item is a Care Label that will provide you with all the necessary care instructions to maintain the quality of your item.

 

Personalisaton

Shipping
Personalised items can’t be delivered with express. The process of personalising may extend delivery time up to 7 days.

Return
Personalised items are excluded from return.
